although i did have a mini-binge at relay, but i walked 11 miles and i didnt go up as much as i did before.

tomorrow:

breakfast- apple and cinnamon oatmeal (120), peanut butter (95)

lunch- banana (105), cliff bar (260)

snack- coffee (7)

dinner- tuna (100), poppyseed dressing (60), grapes (60), 20 almonds (138), 1/2 cup black beans (90), 4 licorice whips (150)

total- 1185

PLUS. i’ll be working out, so it doesn’t matter that i’m a bit over.
