today was great! even with work and no working out. i got to sleep a lot, and i didn’t eat to much, and i had lovely berries and granola for dessert
tomorrow:
breakfast- oatmeal (160), almond butter (85)
lunch- banana (105), cliff bar (260), coffee (7)
dinner- pita (150), laughing cow cheese (30), tomato (20), onion (10), spinach (5), pepperoni (120), cheese (110)
total: 1062
it will be loverly.
