today was great.

back on track, didn’t even go over except by approximately one slice of watermelon and some blondie bar crumbs, even though i burned like 500 calories at the gym.

tomorrow:

breakfast- oatmeal (160) and almond butter (85)

lunch/quick snack- 12 carrots (48) and hummus (75)

going home for easter dinner… i’ll just have small portions and a little bit of ice cream for dessert, gonna skip the blondies even though i baked them. crumbs are enough for me :)

i wish i could hit the gym, i got really euphoric afterwards today and noticed all sorts of stuff on the way home that i don’t usually do.

the good thing about that huge binge yesterday was that even thinking about sugar makes me sick now.

today was very very bad. not taking another day like this until at least the end of may.

i dont even want to talk about it. good thing i’m not weighing in until wednesday.

tomorrow:

breakfast- tortilla(71) banana (105) almond butter (85)

lunch- pita (150) 12 carrots (48) hummus (75) apple (77)

GYM FOR A MILLION HOURS. or at least one hour of cardio and a full cycle of lifting. yeahh.

dinner: 3 egg omelete (210), onions (10), tomato (15), spinach (7), cheese (55), poppyseed dressing (60), fruit with splenda (100)

total:1068

…i guess today is cheat day. i’m not very happy about it, but i’m not super upset either. it just seems like once i eat anything that’s not ‘healthy’ i can’t stop for the rest of the day. i hate it.

ugh. okay.

if i do breakfast the same, that’s 245.

and then i want to allot 500 for lunch.

and then work out.

then i have 355 left.

so for dinner i can do: 2 egg omelet (140) and onion (10) and tomato (15) and spinach (5) and cheese (55) and [spinach and dressing (67)] or [carrots and hummus (120)]

okay. this is the plan. i will not stress about asian. everything will be alright.

calmm the fuck downnn.

solution: go to the gym after. for a long time.

there, everyone’s happy. except i have less time to work on things, but whatever.

… and that still doesnt make me happy.
