today was great.
back on track, didn’t even go over except by approximately one slice of watermelon and some blondie bar crumbs, even though i burned like 500 calories at the gym.
breakfast- oatmeal (160) and almond butter (85)
lunch/quick snack- 12 carrots (48) and hummus (75)
going home for easter dinner… i’ll just have small portions and a little bit of ice cream for dessert, gonna skip the blondies even though i baked them. crumbs are enough for me :)
i wish i could hit the gym, i got really euphoric afterwards today and noticed all sorts of stuff on the way home that i don’t usually do.
the good thing about that huge binge yesterday was that even thinking about sugar makes me sick now.
